About Me
Sloan Scroggin descends from a long line of builders rooted in Little Rock, Arkansas, with a construction legacy dating back to the Great Depression. Growing up, Sloan immersed himself in the family trade, gaining invaluable experience on job sites and developing a deep understanding of residential construction, particularly excelling as a finish carpenter.

After earning a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock, Sloan pursued advanced studies, completing a Master's degree in Economics at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. During this time, he delved into the intricacies of mortgage loan acceptance rates and began teaching business and predictive analytics classes within the Math department. Sloan also attained a Master's degree in Statistics and Analytics, focusing his research on house price estimation using Hedonistic factors.

Simultaneously, Sloan actively contributed to his community by serving as a city council member for Fayetteville and participating on several boards dedicated to civic engagement and urban planning.
Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Sloan finds joy in hiking, river floating, and embarking on countrywide adventures with his family.
